Duterte (Like Hitler) Supported by Moral Leaders -Spokesman

Duterte (Like Hitler) Supported by Moral Leaders
Reasons why HE rose to power
He was a great speaker, with the power to make people support him.
The moderate political parties would not work together, although together they had more support than him.
There was widespread poverty and unemployment, which made people angry with the government. People lost confidence in the democratic system and turned towards the extremist political parties .
The death squads attacked his opponents.
The propaganda campaign was very effective and it won support for him. They targeted specific groups of society with different slogans and policies to win their support.
He was given power in a seedy political deal by a political party who foolishly thought they could control him.
Industrialists gave him money and support.
The above description is NOT about Duterte. This is a BBC article on how HITLER rose to power! Isn't it eerily similar to the Duterte story in the Philippines?
MORAL LEADERS AFFIRM HITLER'S CHRISTIANITY
"If anyone can lay claim to God's help, then it is Hitler, for without God's benevolent fatherly hand, without his blessing, the nation would not be where it stands today. It is an unbelievable miracle that God has bestowed on our people." [Evangelical Minister Rust, in a speech to a mass meeting of German Christians on June 29, 1933 [Helmreich, Ernst Christian, "The German Churches Under Hitler," Wayne State University Press, 1979, p. 138]
"... a number of U.S. Baptists wrote sympathetically of Hitler's Germany. I came to this conclusion while writing an article on the Baptist World Alliance congress in Berlin in 1934. An immense Nazi flag, hung where the congress met, was a vivid reminder of the bloody purge executed only a few weeks before by anti-Semitic fascists. ["U.S. Baptists said surprisingly nice things about Hitler", Baptist Standard, by Professor Lloyd Allen - Church History at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky -- May 27, 2002]
"John Sampey, president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, cautioned against hasty judgment of a leader (Hitler) who had stopped German women from smoking cigarettes and wearing red lipstick in public. The Watchman-Examiner carried a letter by Boston pastor John Bradbury. Of the congress, he wrote, "It was a great relief to be in a country where salacious sex literature cannot be sold; where putrid motion pictures and gangster films cannot be shown." [Ibid.]
In light of post-World War II revelations about the Satanic monstrosity of Adolf Hitler, one can only sit back in amazement as they contemplate how easily fooled these Baptist leaders and pastors were about Adolf Hitler; they casually excused all of Hitler's early writings, such as Mein Kampf and his fiery anti-Semitic speeches from 1921-1934, in which he boldly stated he was going to "line the Jews up against the wall" for execution!
And, why did they so excuse these bold evidences of the true nature of Hitler? Because he did not allow pornographic and gangster films, nor women smoking cigarettes and wearing red lipstick in public?!

"He’s an advocate for women and children. Ang siyudad niya lang ang may women’s code. Ang siyudad niya lang ang may (ordinance na) bawal ang bathing suit sa beauty contest."Sen. Cayetano
"If I obey the 10 Commandments or listen to priests, I would not be able to do anything as a mayor." Duterte
Consider for a moment the possibility that you, yes you dear reader, have incurred the ire of someone who has the ear of Duterte and that someone spreads the lie that you are a murderer, a rapist, a drug lord, or whatever it is that gets the juices of Duterte going.
The real problem comes when it is not a knock on the door that comes but a kick that busts the door open. What happens to your family? Have you amply provided for them? The legal system has many infirmities and failures. For the most part it may not even be working. But the small part of it that works is enough to give us a fair shake. Better than descending into the rule of the jungle. The Philippine Star
“This INC endorsement shows that Duterte’s advocacy for Tunay Na Pagbabago has resonated to almost all our people and all our church formations "
Duterte spokesman
“These issues are close to the hearts of our moral leaders and the various churches have their own campaigns to end this malady.”
Duterte spokesman
Comandante Duterte: Are you the China Bully's secret candidate among the Presidentiables? Confirm or deny ASAP
"If he becomes president, Duterte can become
the Filipino Hugo Chavez."
Chairman JoMa Sison
“He has the character of Hugo Chavez,” said Sison, noting how the late Venezuelan leftist leader who galvanized the development of his country since coming to power in 1999.
Just like Chavez, Duterte, Sison said, is “dauntless and bold.”
Jalandoni called Duterte the “most forward” among the candidates.
“He is only the one who has laid down possible policies that underscore his commitment to peace. He is the most forward of all candidates,” he said.
He was referring to the earlier declarations of Duterte that he will forge a coalition with the Communist Party of the Philippines to end the 47-year communist rebellion in the Philippines.
THE founding chairman of the Moro National Liberation Front endorsed the presidential bid of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
At a peace summit in Kidapawan City, Cotabato, MNLF founding chairman Nur P. Misuari, called on more than 500 participants to vote for Duterte.
“Let us not be afraid to vote for our brethren Rodrigo Duterte. He is the MNLF’s candidate,” he told the participants.
Duterte could be the last hope for peace in Mindanao, he said
MNLF founding chairman Nur P. Misuari
The mayor was the only candidate who was very vocal about pursuing peace talks, he added.
Kautin Usman, MNLF chief of staff in Central Mindanao, said he was taken aback by Misuari’s announcement because the non-partisan organization has never endorsed any presidential candidate before. From Manila Standard
Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Monday admitted his friend Pastor Apollo Quiboloy had given him gifts, including properties and cars.
From Inquirer
During Quiboloy’s late-night show, Duterte said he had three properties at Woodridge Park, Ma-a, in Davao City given to him by Quiboloy.
“When I was mayor, Pastor bought three properties. He said ‘I will buy properties for your children because if anything happens to you because of your work, if you die …’ because I really go after the criminals here. He gave me a house at Woodridge. I didn’t accept it. And it’s there. Go to Woodridge, who bought it? It’s Pastor who paid,” Duterte said.
The tough-talking local executive said Quiboloy had also given him a Nissan Safari and Ford Expedition.
